Re: Ballot paper
Nope - it will be counted as "Spoiled"

Spoilt vote
In voting, a ballot is considered to be spoilt, void, null or informal if it is regarded by the election authorities to be invalid and thus not included in the tally during vote counting. This may be done accidentally or deliberately.Ways of spoiling a ballot include:
leaving the ballot blank (though some ballots include an explicit "none of the above" option)
completing the ballot in an illogical or unapproved manner,
such as: voting for more than one candidate in a plurality voting system
voting for too many or too few candidates in any system where such limits are specified
filling a preference ballot out of sequence, e.g 1-2-2-3-4 or 1-2-4-5-6,
or marking such a ballot with an "X"filling the ballot in a manner which is illegible or incomprehensible physically deforming ballots, especially those counted by machinewriting on the ballot, other than the minimal marks necessary to complete it, may be regarded as compromising the secrecy of the ballot due to the possibility of handwriting analysis establishing the voter's identity

Re: Ballot paper
Sorry but it gets counted as a "Spoilt Vote" as per the last figures on accepting the Pay and Modmclovin wrote:A spoilt vote gets counted as a NO vote.
YES 51,260 64%
NO 28,894 36%
Spoilt 156
UK Law says spoilt votes have to be counted separately and cannot be included in the counts.

Re: Ballot paper
CWU & RM are now in talks, but the ballot needs to be done for a 'YES' vote to give CWU more power in the talks..............Looks Good.

Re: Ballot paper
Picked up a pen to mark with a cross the YES box and the pen didnt work, second pen I found was leaking and so I got ink all over my hands. The third pen's mechanism was broken (the push button at the top).
Someone trying to tell me something?
Forth pen worked like a charm! One more vote for yes!

Run, rabbit run. Dig that hole, forget the sun.
And when at last the work is done. Don't sit down, it's time to dig another one

Re: Ballot paper
Use some tip-x liquid from a stationery shop to remove the name and number and still send it, you might get away with it.delboy wrote:Oh, no way![]()
