On BBC Radio 4's 'You And Yours' programme of Thursday 17th ( available on BBC IPlayer ) the Royal Mail's Rob Jensen said "... significant challenges ... volumes are decdlining by 10 per cent EACH YEAR ... customers have a real choice nowadays, many players, other companies that DELIVER mail that are real competitors for us ... " .
Could someone remind him of F D Roosevelt's old comment that "Repetition does not transform a lie into a truth"?

Ahh, but Joseph Goebbels, the head of propaganda for Hitler during WW2 also said "Make the lie big, make it simple, keep saying it, and eventually they will believe it"
Royal Mail are not trying to con us here, how could they, they are trying to turn the public against us. Using every avenue and every media at their disposal. Thankfully we have a union to put forward the other side.
