bonuses in youre office?

Hi just wondered if any offices get any sort of bonus every month due to savings etc? i heard the office beside us gets a bonus every month.We havent had anything , yet our office has been ripped apart by hours getting cut etc all over the place.Doest help three quarters of our office is coming in on there day off ,as we are so short of staff now its untrue.A lot of experienced postys have left and anyone that joins now last s justa few days ,as they cant believe how badly run the place is along with the arguements ,stress,and unmanageable workload thats been forced upon us now. PS The union s got to make sure the public know the strikes are more about the running of the royal m etc than pay .

The only people that get bonuses for your hard work is management & :cfo

I'm not a manager so unfortunately haven't had anything, mind you the forced overtime (read: lapsing) is bolstering my wages for now!

The only bonus "s that exists are leave overs from RULC , delivery remuneration and IWM and are now known as PBS supplements. Not all offices have such a payment. They are a fixed payment each month.

hello, we still get a productivity bonus at our hub, its usually between £18-30 a month ( im 20 hours ) double that if your full time. Its paid first payday in every month. we get the pbs supplement too £5 a month. but i know there are very few rm employees who still get bonuses every month.

In delivery bonuses for opgs finished this year, fat bonuses for managers are set to continue though

yeah i work in delivery office too...between 25-40 hours and i have never had any bonus of any kind from there although some might say working for rm is a big bonus !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No the 50 50 bouns stopped this year but performance bonus supplements for opgs are still being paid monthly. This bonus does not decrease or increase but stays a fixed payment. This bonus was paid originally from the following bonus payments RULC ( real unit labour costs ) IWM ( Improved working methods ) and delivery remuneration. Under the way forward and PBS these payments were first used to top up the christmas bonus bring indvuduals towards £100 , some was used to consolidate money into wages and then the rest was put into a monthly bonus payment known as a PBS supplement.

Not all offices recieve such a payment but there is a lot of money still being paid out in these bonus with some offices recieving £150 per month.

This bonus in the main was based on for every hour you saved your office reieved 50% in a permant share.

I get £50pm PBS, did'nt received anything when I was an AG.
