In my office we had a load of full-time EVRs. then RM hired a load of part-timers in there place which we were assured was against industrial law and once the issue went higher all hell would break loose. Jack s**t happened and we missed the boat on a local ballot. Just saying i am really proud of brothers all round the country who are already out and lookin forward to being part of the cavalry
