Just who can issue a stage warning, does it have to be your DOM?, line-manager? from your DO or from another DO.
Any clarfication would be great!

It does not have to be a DOM could be a line manager of a certain rank they are all RANK by the way but that is just my opinion if you post this in the union room maybe you could get a better answer than i could give!.

I believe
the DIM and Lineo can't do anything, until they are told by the divisional manager and then that depends on whether or not your liked
