It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

Have to laugh at the check all your mail before you leave your last delivery point to avoid misdeliverys .Pegasus does not give you time for this!

I read this some weeks ago and questioned one of the heads of RM Security on this very document - He was gonna get back to me as he said it was 'out of date' in some areas - never heard a thing again!

All tracked items must be signed for? Not the case or has this changed?

Some of the tracked items are to be signed for (New product,Tracked plus) some aren't,it will say so on the items label and after you have scanned it.
