I'm aware of letters from a G Ferlito of Leicester addressed to "Any Postman" and the village name saying he is trying to locate a town and giving some cryptic clues ending that "there is a ten pounds compensation for the first three persons who will send the right name".
Have these been sent to many locations and does anyone know what might be behind it all ?

Has he never heard of 'the internet' ?
Surely a quick post of the clues on here would give him the location for free and within a day or two.

Yes, that's the obvious way of finding an answer, that's why these letters are strange, hence my question on here.Spedley wrote:Has he never heard of 'the internet' ?
