We're trying to get walks and hours put back in, and TBH are getting nowhere. They just try and jiggle the hours about, we have management putting runners on duties that are to big, so they can say the duty holders are to slow, of course the runners are only on there for a few days or a week at most, so its easy to do the job wrong - running, speeding, no breaks etc, we're up against a rock and a hrd place. Totally shite!!

We are holding off our re-pick for the very reason that the walks or vast majority of them are over the 3:30 delivery span. Also. Area Rep told us right at the beginning that if you pick the walk then you accept the walk as it is for 12 months - no repick until they rejig Georoute for us.

Dont believe a word after 2yrs of geo-route we are still waiting fittings to be written, new opels not one person would pass a sorting test now, oh and we are still waiting for the walks to be re-jigged. so a word of warning get it in writing before you make a move.
