I'm watched from time to time, don't bother me in the slightest. As NWpostie quite rightly pointed out, when doing the job properly you've no need to cut corners, and there's less margin for error. In fact, since starting to do the job properly my performance has improved no end, my sickness abscenses are non-existant, and stress, that should be the sole preserve of your DIM.
