This has been asked before.

My office is not involved with the current wave of strikes but in the past people whom have chosen to work have been treated differently after the action. No one was directly bullied or abused and everyone talked to them as normal but things had changed for them. Silly things that add up like the last choice in overtime splits and no one willing to swap rest days etc. In the end nearly all have left after a while.

Unfortunately, there's a hard-core, albeit very small, group of strike breakers in my office.

To me, they're beneath contempt. I don't go out of my way to talk to the scumbags.

The last time we went out our office was 100%

but i remember the strike about 10 years before that, 3 broke the strike
and it was several years before anyone really spoke to them , in fact they were treated quite harshly

after the last strike the few that came in, they are treated the same as before really, a few comments after we got the increase and that but nothing at all really, a few have said they will be working already.
I will not help them at all, don't talk to them etc
on the topic of the strikes themselves i really think we should just walk out after a yes ballot and don't go back! all this certain days and rolling strikes i think is the wrong strategy now and we need to build up the pressure as quick as we can and get things sorted

If anyone should be treated with contempt, it's the idiots that still come to work early and use their cars on delivery . If it wasn't for these c***s then none of us would have to go on srtike.
