Was asked by a mamber of the public the other day "what the strike was about?".
He suggested our union got us to deliver a leaflet to every house explaining what it was all about to the public after i explained that what is printed in the press does not really let the public know what the strike is all about.
Im sure we can do this with no dtd payment.

Re: CWU leaflets for the public
During the 2007 dispute I delivered the CWU leaflets for the public to the streets
around where I live on strike days.
I expect the CWU will be doing a leaflet for the public if the ballot gives a vote
for national IA, and I hope CWU members will deliver them on strike days.
