Atos freephone number

Post by Stormproof »

Has anyone got the ATOS freephone number? they tried ringing me yesterday (whilst I was at work :arrrghhh ) and did'nt leave a message. They don't answer the number they called me on.

 Surprise, surprise! By their own rules they are supposed to try 3 times, with 10 minute intervals. if you cannot get back to them, after a few days, that referral lapses, and you have to be re-referred.
The quickest way to get through to them, is to google up their complaints department, and send a message there. insist that if they phone again, they wait until your answering service (if you;ve got one) kicks in, and tell them to leave a contact number. This company is a nightmare--good luck.

Thanks for the number Rich. Just phoned them, they've already made me an appointment and said a letter is on its way............nice to be consulted to see if the date & time was ok, I don't even know who I'm meant to be seeing.
