Had a bit of a grievance at work today, not sure what to do?

Ok, I just finished my shift and walked into the delivery office and I could have sworn the delivery driver was slagging me off to the other driver because when appeared from behind the frames and saw me, he completely shut up!
I heard him gloat about the fact he left me waiting till last to drop my bags off which delayed me by about 15-20 mins and therefore making me late back which I was not happy about and they both were giggling about it.
I asked the other guy what he said, he said he didnt know, like I would believe that!
I do not like this guy and there have been other instances to suggest he doesnt like me, like the time he knocked my bike over and ordered me to pick it up!
He also refered to me as 'she' last week which I also did not like as he spoke to my trainer.
I get the feeling some of these men dont like the idea of a woman doing a mans job even though we can do it just as good if not better than some!
I guess, I am not your average post lady because I am alot younger than the other women there and it feels like these men try to get the better of me sometimes!
Is it worth reporting or is it just me being too sensitive?
Any suggestion?

Ask him in public if there is any way you could help him to overcome his problem with achieving prompt\reasonable replenishment. If he is unable to suggest a remedy then immediately inform your line manager that due to circumstances beyond your control you may be unable to complete within your contracted hours.

Being a fellow female postie working with alot of men sometimes for them it's a bravado thing & some can be a bit sexist not all but some,I work with some really nice blokes especially in my old office, my advice is give them as much back, I don't take any s**t from any one, but to fair I have worked in an all male environment for nearly 16 years.If it was me I would put him right on the spot in front of everyone but everyone is different, you could always speak to your union rep or even dare I say it your MANAGER.

Speak to your union rep and if he/she does nothing either speak to your manager or put it in writing to him/her.

You should approach them informally with a rep and warn these two idiots that their unaccepted behaviour is unwanted and offensive and state to them that if it does not stop you will be putting a grievance for bullying and harassment. You can tell them in the meantime that you will be filling in a CWU HCD1 Form for bullying and harassment and sending it off. So that their names are on the CWU's bullying and harassment database in which you can use for future reference just in case you have to take out a griveance if the bullying and harassment does not stop and also tell them that you will be logging every incident. If the bullying and harassment is very serious at the moment go and see your manager and put in a grievance and by the way RM will be showing all employees a video on bullying and harassment within the workplace.
