Did all the mangers get 4 thousand pound bonus in april?

Only if there office budgets were on or under target, if they overspent they got nothing.

Yeah so they get rewarded for all our hard work lapsing etc to keep under budget, god I hate managers!

not quite true, some who had overspent got a a partial bonus depending on how much the overspend was

We don't know what savings our office made as management would't come across with the figures despit repeated requests from the union to show us how the posties didn't receive a bonus..as for the managers bonuses ..aye well I think there might have been one or two payouts to the people in charge thing is I can't find any of them to ask how much they got ...wonder where they have all gone

My office overspent by 30 grand and all the managers got a 3 grand bonus. They were openly boasting about it. Even acting managers got a partial bonus depending on how much acting they did. I was lead to believe that all managers received their bonus because they moved the goal posts and linked to the QoS figures - which they surprise surprise achieved. Thats why there was no money left to give us a pay rise !

In my office all managers recieved £4000 and even had cheek to photy copy the bonus letter and put them oh the notice board in my office for all to read !
