I am new at this game so please bear with me. we have had a guy transfered to our office who is full time no problem with that. our manager has told us the next part-timer to be made up to full time must leave our office and go to the the guys office who was tranfered. if he refuses he will remain part-time at ours even though he has no tranfer request in. the question is can management do this
