Are the strikes making a Difference?

All these strikes in England, Scotland, Wales are making no difference to Northern Ireland or are they. Not what I have seen so for, are delivery office is just getting the same mail as we have always got.

They are "local" strikes so would not affect the whole country - Oh and Carrickfergus are taking IA at some point so NI is being affected - again locally.
