just need some advice. in our office of about 60 duties we work in links of 6. our dims latest idea is that he puts a casual in each link of 6. he decides which duty they are put on .the fulltime person on that duty is then moved wherever manager says
losing his duty and then link put in casuals duty so he only delivers it. can 10 fulltime postmen be moved off there own duties just like this?
