Large Letters
Three years on from Pricing In Proportion being introduced the public has still not got the message properly, hence all the £1.06 surcharges, but at least greeting card manufacturers are eventually starting to print 'LL' on their products to help the public put the correct postage on.
But now Royal Mail changes its horizon labels from '1LL' and '2LL' to '1LG' and '2LG', presumably to avoid '1LL' looking like 'ILL', 'Large Letter' becomes 'LarGe' and the public will inevitably get confused between the 'LL' they might have been starting to understand and the new 'LG'.

What I meant was: Instead of causing more confusion, by changing the letters. They could have just switched the number, from a prefix, to a suffix.
