HR.IR CARDIFF ANYONE KNOW'S HOW GENUINE THEY DEAL WITH THINGS, SENT MY GRIEVANCE THERE TO BE SORTED, STILL NO RESPONSE IN 2 WEEKS, I THOUGHT YOUR GRIEVANCE SHOULD BE HEARD WITHIN 5 DAYS OF YOU SUBMITTING IT,

Chase it up m8 if you put in the grievance,+ get your uninon rep onto it, they might just be playing for time, :no no hoping youll give up and go away!!...... if it was a manager :cuppa , against you they would soon get the wheels spinning!!!

Think its 14 days mate but if you get no reply then all you do is put in a grievance against the
guy you sent the grievance to :left:
Keep going up the chain of command until you get a reply which should then spiral downwards to the original.
The time has come to stop turning the other cheek, time to stop shaking our heads in bitter dismay, time to stop mumbling our angry words.
The time has come for union.
