we are fight on 3 fronts
1. the two tw*ts at the top,in a race against time to destroy/privatise rm before they move on to pastures new next april
2.the goverment, who have given the loan for modernisation but i think want an instant return on their money
3. postcomm, announcing they will not fine rm over strike action equals green light to rm to break union
we need to co-ordinate an efficant campain of strike action,but not now i call on post people everywhere to tighten ur belts and save every penny u can.
the cwu should string out time between strikes for as long as possible only calling on strikes to satisfy the legal requirement of 28 days, then come autumn pressure unleash hell.divide the country into 6 teams/areas and then systematically shut down a different area every day of the week for as many weeks as it takes. couple this with a fierce media campain requesting people to support us by posting as much as they can on strike days.
overload the system make everybody realise that without us the business is nothing, and neither is the competion then when there is nationwide kaos then rm will be prepared to compromise and we can agree modernisation and cost saving through
* moving to monthly pay
*increasing door to door but pay us for it (or agree a new ceiling level and pay a blanket amount across the board, save admin costs)
*introduce later start times if necessary but don't take away the allowance add it to our wages
what do u reckon
