grievance

Post by the one »

has anyone on this site being successful getting your grievance heard, i started my grievance at the start of may, first it was refused by my cluster manager, which i responded saying i wanted the grievance heard, then i tried my DSM, which he refused and told me to send it to Gateway, then i was told by gateway to send it to IR/HR office, 2 weeks has passed still no reply,

what do you have to do to get it heard,

I stuck one in at the beginning of March went through the stages slowly until we reached the final one last May.

I have not had the notes back from the meeting yet, let alone a decision and union HQ have the paper work now as its related to disability.
I do not think much of a man who is not wiser today than he was yesterday.

WHAT CAN WE DO,
If a grievance is put in the cluster manager should not really refuse it or it should be passed on , this means that RM have not been following the grievance procedues layed out in the ACAS code of practice.
