no overtime-cutting-off procedure?

since i started i have completed my walks.

im thinking of cutting off for various reasons
whats the proedure?
what about poaching off?

Ask your rep if your office has a pouching off agreement but as with so meny agreements royalmail cannot abide by them we all feel under pressure these days but your rep is the best to answer all these questions as every office is in a different phase of dispute with the bullying management teams!.
