looks an awful lot like your pension contribution. I take it your in the Defined Contrabution scheme and only joined the pension scheme since August 2008.

CWU claimed at the time of pay & mod deal that we have it in the agreement that after 3 years early attendance allowance could be used towards future pay awards. eh.....if CWU have that in the agreement then so do RM :d'oh! get ready to wave good by to your early attendance allowance those that still have it :wave lets hear it for billy & dave :Applause BRAVO!
