Quick question

Post by ghostgirl »

What Happens if it is my day off when our office are going to strike - do I still attend the picket line? And also what happens with regards my pay do I get paid as normal or will it be classed as I was on strike anyway regardless of it being my day off. Thanks In advance guys and ladies :Very Happy

Its my understanding you can support the picket as a member of the public but must stay away from the picket line but as we are only allowed six at a time you just stand with those waiting to go on the picket.
Correct ....and you will get paid if it's your rest day, or holiday for that matter.
