Am I being victimised

This might seem fairly trivial to a lot of people but it really gets me down. At the moment there are 3 part time floaters in my office, myself being the first one in with two others after me. I have been doing different walks on a weekly,sometimes daily basis from day one,as has one of the other part timers.The other part timer has been almost always on the same walk from day 1,give or take a week or 2 from day 1and he started after me.The latest thing to get me going was a transfer to another office,where the pter who was last in usually gets sent, but he is sick at the moment and as he is,I have been asked to go. The part timers walk (the guy after me)is also one of the walks being lapsed at the moment. I thought seniority was the basis on which RM ran regarding walks,a case of giving the least able the hardest walks while they who are most able get the cushiest jobs.I have no problem with that but should it not be running in my favour in this instance?

Well my first thought would be - ask the DOM, he is the who has organised it and if you aren't satisfied with the answer get your rep to have a word.

same here ......if you complain they come back with local knowlege the other arse only knows x ammount of walks any you know many more and get the shite

These 2 others would'nt happen to be the teachers pets would they ?

We have one at our office who never does lapsing ,gets the pick of OT ,gets to do collections instead of going out on a walk.
