MANAGEMENT CULL

Post by jockstrapp »

When does the cull of managers begin? And will we be asked to support said managers. Surely if Royal Fail are serious about saving money a more realistic ratio of posties to managers is on the cards. :whistle

Well said, one for ASK ADAM, or your WTL tomorrow.....they have to be subject to the same cutbacks as everyone else.......however in our office the management team has actually increased by one!!!!!!!!!!

How many managers do RM have? Even with the ongoing strikes in London etc, they always have enough spare ones to send round to striking offices. We had four managers :left: during lasts weeks IA period in my office and we weren't on strike down here (yet).
I don't know but maybe they were casuals brought in, in shirts and ties. It wouldn't surprise me as one of them was completely out of his depth. The other three spent the morning drinking coffee and supporting yorks, so they must be proper RM managers.

I said this in our wtl last week that if every office got rid of a manager then that would not affect the business in any way. Massives savings possible this way. Manager Had a quiet word in my ear after saying that if i cant think of any sensible ideas then its best to say nothing :silenced

Ask him to do the same in the next WTL. Just think, 20 minutes of silence.

It won't happen until the dust settles from the current dispute. They need as many Managers as they can get, to try to get the Mail through, when we're on Strike. :hmmmm
