Revolution

Post by wolfie citizen smith »

Its been a while since I have had a good rant citizens, however this is now the time to state brothers and sisters that Govenment need to know the "power of the people". I believe a national strike ballot paper should be coming through our doors very soon and we all need to take full advantage of solidarity.
Citizens the time is now to take control of the way our working conditions are implimented. These working practices regarding van sharing, 4hrs 30mins walks, prep times and conduct code issues for wilful delay are detremental to our human rights and enviroment.
This F**king idiot :mfo is so P***ed off that the sale did not go through, he'd thought that keeping a wide birth in (cyprus) would take the spot light off of him.

Brother and Sister of the Communications Workers Union, I implore you all to vote for a All Out national strike (when it happens). This will show our families, who wish to join the business that our union is stronge and nobody will ever be affraid to go to work, to be in fear of being Bullied, Harassed and Intimidated by Managers nay Supervisors. These puppets are comical enough they could join the crew of Fraggle Rock, however they are not worthy of the Muppet Show.

Any managers (I use this word loosely) because they are unable to make any decition without saying (i'm sure that will be ok, but let me just make a phone call) PUPPETS, reading this, be worried be very worried. We of the Communication Workers Unions have now been tipped over the edge and be rest assured the Brothers and Sisters will make a stand to stamp your Nazi Dictatorial ways into the depths of hell. This is not tiananmen square of 1989 by a long shot however the time is now to show you'se lot whos the daddy.

rant over

And anyone else noticed, even though we all make savings to help RM in this difficult time (increase profits) the managers bonuses have gone through the roof, while the work force has shrunk to pay for them?

I got my letter too and I am voting YES to a strike, its been a long time coming, how much more can this relentless intimidation, unrealistic workload, unpiad OT, threats of wilful delay for cutting off, its bound to p1ss people off and by Gum they really are p1ssed off !! I am, I was actually hoping for a strike soon and this letter is what I am loooking for, I know I will lose money, but look at the big picture, beyond next weeks payslip, look at the next 10 years payslip, this way forward agreement made things worse, not better, it was flawed and needed rengotiation as its a management Charter to abuse and exploit, Abuse and Exploit they did to the full, my Office is flexing next week, I mentioned that I will not be able to do a flex and my own duty at the same time, they Lino was adamant that it will be done, if I want to be "difficult" they will check my IPS prep rate, my RM 2000 frame prep rate, make me take 20 minute meal relief before going out and take the rest through the duty, observe my delivery rate, basicaly be on my case all day, while I have no issues with it, I do not like the intimidatory tone it was given in.

for these above reasons I am more than happy and willing with great enthusiasm to vote YES

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

How come Parcelfarce is never included in anything? It's run just as s**t as the postal side. Oh, then again the majority of the morons at our depot can't even stick to a "work to rule" agreement.
