It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Nice card, but far too polite. It should read, "Feck off you parasitic, utterly useless, leech. NOW!" :cfo :cfo

Shame the Postcard doesn't tell you how much he gives himself as a Christmas Bonus every year since he took over...
Who is KyzaSoze? But to hear Kobayashi tell it, anybody could have worked for Soze. You never knew, that was his power. The greatest trick the Devil ever pulled was convincing the world he didn't exist. And like that, he's gone.

took a "colleague" share of £400 allegedly - wouldn't like to see him do without eh :hmmmm - this is where he came unstuck with the FA , he arrogantly thought that he and his cronies should be rewarded for success , that made him a lot of enemies amongst Premiership Chairmen , and he had to go because Thompson at the FA was quite happy to turn a blind eye to them ganging up on him and not back him up .

The other complaint was a autocratic approach - :cfo - " Decisions can't be made by groups of people " . Deja Vu eh ? - Football has a lot of politics and it's not quite as simple as what leads the eye :hmmmm

New Labour are just as guilty for appointing these people from the " magic circle " , the manageralism concept is that if you're a " good " manager you can run anything , unfortunately this " blue sky " stuff doesn't always work - e.g . " managerial failures " within the Social Services in London meaning that some people can be a disaster outside their respective fields .
