Yep don't get involved in planing their ill gotten gains ballot for strike join the club as most if not all offices have been threatened with EXEC Action in the last few months see you on the picket line!.

Get ready for a big f**k up then,
Management took exec action in my office, as they got no Union or staff assistance they did all the arrangements themselves, we now have delivery frames that are years out of date, they no longer run the same way the delivery does and are all over the place, they've taken away GD frames so everything has to be sorted into the RM2000's so basically after the coded is sorted the frames are nearly full and flats, packets and manually sorted letters are still waiting to be thrown up.
Managers are hoping we sort out the frames with our local knowledge but as one Postman said they chose to believe what the computers said, rather than listen to our advice about the planned changes, so they can get the f***ing cpu to sort out the s**t they now find themselves in

Cant wait to see our office collapse the DIM even admitted to me that he doesnt think it will work and its not the best way forward for our office but he doesnt have the balls to say it to his area DIM the only good thing that will come out of it all is that we wont have time to do Summer Absorption but as for joining the rest in strike action i did ask for our office to be ballotted 3 weeks ago over them trying to extend our saturday delivery times by 1hr but looks like there is going to be national acion before then

Why was your office even talking to them? NO MORE CUTS untill we get a national deal

They called ours the planning team,problem was they could not plan there way out of a paper bag,this is why the walks are crap and if they dont want to sort the problems out then thats up to them.

Couldnt tell you why we was talking to them JC i was just told to meet my divisonal rep up at our mail center so i thought well if the divisonal rep hasnt a problem with it should i anyway roll on the end of august as we shall be on the gate.......

I thought we could talk and discuss issues, even on the Pay and Mod, but no agreements on savings.

The usual method is to not agree with anything and just put a disagreement in and go to the next stage,we're going to stage 3 soon.
