The only reason people get lost in thought is because it's unfamiliar territory.

Can't tell bosses' nicknames because I'll be sussed, but we did have one chap, many tears ago called photo-fit--he had one of those sort of put together faces where nothing looked quite right!

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

I'm the one called "Docket Queen" because I do so much overtime for next to nothing and come in early for no pay. Sometimes I am called "Managers Pet" just because I go around saying how great they are! It's not fair!

I ve got a nickname which ive had for 14 years (cant say it on here :dance ) i really dont mind it. Funny but i always feel once you've been given a nickname you kinda been accepted :chuckle

I do have a nickname, its not entirely complimentary but then Igiie just as much back, so I guess as above has mentioned I have been accepted and is part of the fixture having benn in 21 years, I just don't really socialise with the Sports & Social as I have a life outside of the place lol.
