advice needed from a rep

hi have any of you guys heard of precautionry suspension,iv asked my area rep but he shrugged his shoulders as if this is the 1st time he has heard of it,i obviously can't go into details as ive been told my letter is s/confidential

you can use discreet details as basically RM don't want people telling tales outside the office . However if it's a precautionary suspension it would be deemed a serious matter which should be flagged to either area rep or branch .

You are entitled to representation , that's RM's own standards , they''re just hoping for a weak / incompetent / corrupt etc office rep as they are under pressure from bullying Senior / Area Management .

AFAIK , something to do with theft , fraud , willful etc delay - basically you are accused of an offence so serious that they can't have you in the building ??

Don't play RM's games , they'd rather have you worried at home to soften you up and hope you'd be daft enough to believe all their B/S as they are under pressure from on high to reduce the head count by fair or foul means . If it's flawed in any way they won't like you telling tales out of class but that's their problem NOT yours .

The Union's job is to find something wrong - End of - whether RM like that or not , it is their problem . secondly a manager's cards can be marked , next time the union will have his number , that's just good trade unionism ; simple as .
