Could someone shed some light on the different types of delayed mail.
One member of staff at our delivery office is been charged (or is trying to be charged with )intensional delay of mail even though his duty took him over his finish time.
The mail was heavy and he was asked to lapse part of another duty, he told the manager he wouldn't have time to do it, but he was told to stream his mail (is this not delay on RM's part).
Other members of staff didn't do the lapsing with no consequences, but the manager said they were not asked to stream their mail.
It seems to be one rule for one and another rule for others.
What is the best way to deal with this matter?
Any help would be greatly appreiciated.
THANKS

Re: delayed mail?
Why is everyone getting charged with willful delay of mail!!! It is complete crap, it is clear to see it is a way to get numbers down and get those 1 hour contracts in and 20 hours!!!!!
