With all these ballots being asked for what do you think would be the best action for deliveries in D.Os with part time staff being a problem keeping on board when it impacts on them most could it be the case that part time staff work thier contract hours clearing thier duty then not doing any overtime as our D.O runs on it while the full time staff finish an hour or two hours early everyday.Who then picks up the full time duties

3 hours at end of duties on a sat best idea at the moment make sure your office completes 3 hours 30 and are then entitled to a m/r

work to rule only works if you have disciplined staff if you don't a one day strike is best!. But having said that if you are an organized you don't need a ballot!. TOO DO YOUR JOB PROPERLY!.
