2½ hours to prep a frame 
we are now getting 1 hour to prep the heaviest frame but they're using the 25 letters per minute for the whole prep to work those figures out

I believe there is no official prep time for the RM2000,managers appear to be trying to use the personal proformance standards which is used by managers in different offices as a stick to beat the staff with.Our office like alot of others is having the same problems as you all.The management team 
i use that term very lightly seem to hide behind the less mail and it only takes an hour to prep that walk when it is quiet clear that it takes longer,it seems it's easier to blame staff than look at the real situation.Hope this info is a little bit of help.
