3 Years later he tries to impose his so called vision - probably because there are no benefits for us just him and his mate.We had to break away from that and get people to understand that our destiny was in our own hands. It was not enough just to tell people what you want them to do. You have to involve them and get their buy-in, so that they want to make it happen because they can see the benefits—not just to the company but to them as individuals.
