It's unlawful to smoke in any RM vehicle and doing so can lead to a fine for both the smoker and the company, you should quit that filthy habit anyway

I dont smoke myself but my duty van is often used on SA collections and sometimes i will find the odd dog end. To be honest it really dont bother me much. What i cannot stand is the half empty sticky soft drink cans and half eaten packets of chips / Mc Donalds /pizza etc :mad :mad
Rows of houses all bearing down on me........I can feel their blue hands touching me.......All these things in all positions.........All these things will one day take control..........

I used to, before the ban, and even after the ban, I was a bit millitant about it......then one day I had a revelation of Damascean proportions - smoke in the van, I'm rushing around as fast a bleeding possible for RM & I could get my arse kicked for the priviledge.....stop the van, deliver the letters, packets, whatever then spark up and park my arse on the bonnet, RM loses 5 minutes, I get my nicotine, and no laws are broken - a win / win / win :left:
I don't suppose your mouth bleeds every 28 days, does it?

Report it to the local EHO and watch how his face changes colour whenever he gets the fine (not to mention the much larger fine RM will get for allowing it to happen) :chuckle :chuckle :chuckle :chuckle :chuckle
