I was just wondering,
does anyone know why some area managers and managers have been suspended in N.Ireland?
Is corruption or fiddling the figures anything to do with this?

Rumors are that test letters are something to do with it.
Any news greatly appreicated.

I'm beginning to think the phantom whistle blower is one of those mobile managers who seem to keep popping up
in offices all over the place.we had one who spent a few months locked in the back office, most people didn't even know what he looked like1 Then he vanished!

Don't know, but he's certainly putting the wind up RM.

I think it's probably due to an investigation by IB Nationally, rather than a Whistleblower. Although, someone must have Blown the Whistle on RM in the first place, to trigger it.

And RM wonder why we have no confidence in the management - lying, cheating, bullying and covering up mistakes (not to mention a complete inability to do the job) and TBH if I hadn't witnessed it myself I would never believed it to be true.

i have been led to believe that the "scam" is being investigated in several different areas not just Scotland and NI but other areas are coming under the spotlight now

I've heard that several seniors managers have been suspended including the head of distribution in NI, who recently sent a letter to my DO stating that too many D2Ds had been sent back and he was going to investigate a possible fraud

Mind you the Edinburgh managers who were caught with their pants round their ankles were put on gardening duty for 8 mths
then mysteriously were found NOT GUILTY.

There must be a helluva big lump under the carpet at RM HQ
