Swine Flu

If most offices are like mine where they not only try to persuade one from going sick but then continue to hassle once you are sick what are they going to be like if swine flu takes a grip in the industry?

Looking at that link I'm amazed how widespread it has become.

My office was struggling with people off on either sick or holidays . REALLY struggling .

So when my wife was sent to be tested for swine flu i thought i would inform my manager of this .

I was told that if she DID have swine flu i was still expected to come to work EH ? ?

So if I gave it to others in the office it was ok cos RM told my manager to tell me to come in and spread it .

Luckily she didnt but i was amazed what i was told .

To you or anyone else amazed by your manager's words, always demand ( preferably infront of a witness ) to have those instructions in writing....see if they like the taste of them apples ( or in a few months time have to fall on their sword )
