THE CON HELP WANTED

Hi can anyone give me some advice yesterday i circulated the flyers about the con and managers bonus the dom came in and took them away and said to me your not allowed to put these out i apollogised, then this morning eyeryone was p**** off about the amount of mail and no staff we had 2 on letters 2 on lge flats and 1 on packets we came off stack at 08.30 then 20mins later don asked if he could have 2mins with me so went into the bunker and said the staff were on a go slow and it was down to me so he is going to think it over and come to a desicion to charge me with incitement to cause industrial action question is what could i end up with i phoned branch office no-one in so left a message for them to call me so far had no reply so any advice from you guys is welcome.

IMO its scare tactics - you inadvertently and with no malice put up some Non Union posters but when challenged you apologised and they were removed.

Can't see any link to you promoting a "Go Slow" or any form on industrial action either legal or illegal, unless you actually went round doing so. When he talks to you demand a meeting with a rep first and his attendance at any interview.

How can putting up posters be considered incitement, thats like being called a Facist because you have a copy of the groups "Preschool Tea Party Massacre" album "Hardcore Died With Hitler"

pathetic Dim Dum - point is who is trying to impress who & whom ? , there has been details of " Doctrine Shock " from RM's senior managers , the official RM line over the Daily Mail & the Scottish Regional Papers is that the " accounting irregularities " are " malicious gossip " , one Burslem rep was allegedly charged with " inciting a strike " on his day off

That needs flagging up to the Branch Secretary at the very least , even if it just means that Dum's card has been marked . It soon goes up the Union chain of command if a particular ambitious RM " manager " is a thorn in the union's side .

Unfair Detriment for legitimate union activity is a punishable offence in a tribunal . RM will do their best to disguise their true agenda though .

scare tactics m8 ive had them up in my office from tuesday and no manager has taken them down or said anything to me. and the reason for that is its true and they know it is!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

IMO your Dom is being petty and vindictive.
