DRIVER'S ASSESSMENT

I have my driver's assessment with the AA on Friday-can anyone advise me what the assessment involves, how long it lasts etc? Does anyone fail it??? Cheers

All I did was drive around for half an hour in the centre of London, pretty simple really, if you are used to driving it'll be no problem to you.

Drive around ,talk about how crap RM is to instructor and pass.

It should be fairly easy, not many fail. Find out what van your going to use and make sure you know where the dip stick is etc in case they make you do checks. If you get the chance position the van in an easy drive out place I.e not reverse out a yard. Finally watch your speed and keep to the road limits. Good luck :nana

HA HA so true

I had 3 tests in 3 different vans of all sizes . More or less mirror signal manouvre etc . If you can drive half decent then your ok .

I did ask if I could use my car for collections but they told me i had to use their vans ......... :crazy:

It's easy to become a RM driver but a lot harder to stop, remember once a driver always a driver!
