sounds familiar, do we work at the same office? Specially the toilet bit, we have a toilet with 5 cubicles, and they are all blocked.

also can i add to your list, walks that havent gone out for 3 days then the manager having a go at the postie whos throwing yet more work into the frame because a customer hasnt got any mail for 3 days and wants to know why. anyone got that at thier office?

THE WHEELS ARE FALLING OFF.

Yes, we made some of our mates redundant, but got a fiver a week in our pay packet, also we workmore than a full 40 hours a week, and the extra we do for nothing, to help reduce costs.
We have to face the competition head on, we are losing business after all!
We all muck in and help each other, covering all the duties is so cool, and its great speaking urdu, punjabi, polish, afghanistani, and english sometimes. We love diwali and eid (spelling) -Its so cool! (No offence folks- just trying to replicate the paper)

What a load o shite.

Wish theyd come to my office, cut offs, failed deliveries, packets-(first class), lying about for 12 days, thousand of lightbulbs lying about for 5 months, broken down vans in the carpark,a leaking roof, rodents galore in the kitchen, and a toilet that needs serious unblocking!- how can i arrange a visit of these twats?

With regards to blocked toilets/loos:

My workplace washroom is filthy. Shouldn't my employer keep it in a better state?
Yes, toilet and washroom facilities for staff must be properly maintained. The Workplace Regulations (1992) state that they need to be:

•kept in a clean and orderly condition
•provided separately for men and women
•provided with toilet paper, and coat hooks
•provided with a supply of clean hot (or warm) and cold water
•provided with soap, and towels or other means of drying
•adequately ventilated and lit
•providing adequate protection from the weather

I have had people just sh1tting in the toilet and walk away without flushing it, leaving you to look at the big brown turd looking back at you  I wouldn't want to see what their houses are like, its probably a fly infested sh1t pit.

I've worked for Royal Mail for years and each month some company I don't recognise at all sends me a magazine called "The Courier". I read it with great interest and I reckon with all the help and support this company gives to its employees it must be a really brilliant place to work.

Next month I'm going to send a copy to RM to see if they can adopt some of these things and make life better for their staff
