is it right that its the person who makes up the door to doors gets the payment and not the person delivering them? some muppet of a manager says this is correct :hmmmm

Why would someone make up D2Ds and not deliver them? I make mine up on the day I'm due to deliver them.

that can normally be the norm, but there is occassions where they have folk on 'light' duties who make them up, folk on O/T sorting mail then making up households hhhmmmm :hmmmm

One mananger we have has even said " you get paid to deliver them , so you make them up in your own time"

Door to doors highlight the biggest problem within Royal Mail......

POOR COMUNICATION FROM THE CWU!!!

So many people are still unsure of the exact legalites of the contract and methods for delivery and prepping.

If it wasnt for some of our colleagues on here being on the ball, this would be a bigger bone of contention that it actually is.

yep- have to agree. Poor comms from CWU is responsible for a lot.
