well i have finally found another job away from loyal fail. i wish every good luck with all there fights for pay & modenisation and i will still be checking up and supporting the lads as much as i can. dont let the doms grind you down , i have only left on health terms, .

i ahve really enjoyed my time with royal mail making some great mates on the way. will miss all the customers i have met , but it is taking its toll on me physically and mentally with the mental dom and linos we have so i have got myself a nice little desk job not far from where i work. mon -fri . money just a little better but a few morehours involved though. but at least i will be dry and warm in winter and regain my love for saturday footy again.
for all those who want out but are afraid . find something that will give you freedom again and go for it, i feel as though a weight has been lifted off my shattered back

Good luck pal. I know how you feel. I done the same thing left on Medical grounds and now am doing really well in my own business being my own boss. I really enjoyed being a postie, I still keep in contact with old work pals and will support in any way I can, I will even join the next picket line if there is one!!! :dance good luck .

Yeah good luck for the future mate. At least you got out before you were "institutionalised" :crazy: The job does have it's good points and I always define it as "I love delivering letters but hate Royal Mail" All the best :dance
