 If you or I put in for them being done, and hadn't delivered them-we would certainly be done. my advice, if you are brave enough, is to have aquiet word with Manager, in a nice way;(HA) and ask for clarification.

Its not fraud, it would only be fraud if the person who claimed then failed to deliver them after he put in the claim and did not offer to pay back

D2D dockets we are told these have to be in the week that your d2ds are to be delivered .Now im not talking about d2ds that may come in late or anythink like that. But our Dim allows certain individuals in our office who do other peoples d2ds to put in the docket before the d2ds have been done as they may only have one set so they keep hold of these until the follwing week until more arrive. This is an instruction by the dom so hes allowing this to happen just as long as it shows up on his pc and his bosses that our office cleared and delivered all d2ds contracts on time.To me this is fraud as your claiming a payment for work you havent done i am considering reporting him to the IB if i find out it is fraud ,just as long as it has no implactions for the people concerned whom the DIM is giving this insrtuction to once again another DIM doing everythink there way without a care in the world :no no :no no :no no

Hears and example of what can happen when the shoes on the other foot, and when a D2D claim has been submitted, but delivery of said items has not been done.

What if you know someone in you office who claims but hardly bothers to do any, his bag boxes are rammed with the things and there are several week worth under his frame. Gaffer must be blind if he cant see them.

I would fell like a bit of a shite if I was to grass him up, he'll fall on his own sword sooner or later.

letting the d2ds roll over i would have thought is wrong as the customer has paid for the contract and from what i have been told they have to be delivered that week, some of these are specifically sent out on certain dates as companies make more resources available for enquires coming from d2ds

you are 100% correct D2D's must be delivered the week their put out, they all have dates on. If a DOM allows them to be delivered a week late he is as guilty of wilfull delay as any postman, as the customer often targets certain dates for a reason often linked to other forms os advertising ect..

 'grassing"?Sometimes it's unavoidable. There are times when, because one person is not doing their job, suspicion falls on others. would you take the blame for something you've not done? Say you go into work and find mail hidden in your tidy box, or on top of frame? I think we have all at times pointed out to Managers that X,Yor Z has been 'at it'.not a nice thing to do, but sometimes necessary.
