See your doctor mate. You could possibly need arch supports.

Sorry to hear this  If your finding the walking on delivery is making it worse then see your DOM first thing in the morning and ask for light indoor duties until you can get an apointment at the docs to find out whats gone wrong.

I too have got to get myself off to the dr's, going by my symptoms I've got Chrondromalacia (Runners Knee), I've had this before and had to have an op in 2000, no doubt a lot more of us are going to get problems like this
So keep on moving, moving, moving your feet
Keep on shuf-shuf-shuffling to this ghost dance beat
Just keep on walking down never ending streets

Planter fasciitis shows itself as pain in the feet not the legs. It's caused by contraction of the main tendon like structure that goes from heel to toes. Trust me it's bloody painful. One of the main causes according to my doc is too much walking. I think it's quite a problem for postmen. There are a few ways of dealing with it,one of them being to wear a special brace overnight which keeps your foot angled up therefore stretching the planter. It didn't work for me and so I was given shoe inserts which keep your arch up. After hobbling about for months I was pain free and back on the beat after two days.
