What happens after you put in a greviance. How long does it take to get things sorted. Sorry put this question in wrong place earlier.

they have 2 weeks i think to reply to to the first stage then go to stage 2

A guy in my office put one in 5 weeks ago and he's still waiting. So what happens with stage 2.

excellent document woof woof many thanks for posting it. I will now laminate a copy and keep it on my frame. Should make the Lineo and bit nervous.
