ie, decides who does which walk.
Where I work he's a good bloke but management make things difficult for him I think.

Management do the rotas in my office, very badly I may add.

Duty holders don't move, other than that we have 10 reserves who cover leave, sick, ect..
The 10 reserves pick which of the available duties they want each week on a rotating basis, this works well as some go for the best available walk others prefer certain rest days

Same as jcjd except that the reserves are allocated walks by the Lineo.
