I had an X - ray 2 weeks ago as I have had a problem with my wrist after taking a blow on it with a cricket ball. At the time nothing showed up on the x - ray, but 2 weeks later with my wrist still hurting, and by the looks of it a sharp bit of pointed bone showing, I visited my doctor again on Friday.
He told me that to him it looks as if the wrist could be broken and sometimes wrist fractures do not show up on the 1st x-ray, he was going to contact the fracture clinic to book me an appointment so they could do another x - ray and also a scan.
He has signed me off from work for 3 days from the 5th June as he said I should get an appointment from the hospital within 3 days.
What is classed as 3 days from Friday? Is the weekend counted in these days or is it counted as Friday, Monday and Tuesday?

I'm afraid RM count all days as being sick, so it'll be Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday that they'll class as being off sick, it's probably best just to go for the 2 weeks off sick.
