Buying leave

can anyone tell me how you go about purchasing more leave. DOM is on holiday just now, so not sure who to ask, and how much does it roughly cost. thanks

Depends on your service how many years full time part time you could ask your DOM support their is always one of these in the office somewhere!.

It's too late for this year, I think it's around January you need to apply for the additional leave.

Correct. The annual leave year runs in parallel with the tax year, so even if they allowed 'last minute' applications to purchase additional annual leave, we're well past April now :d'oh!

Im a part timer and was told of buying extra time .

I had just missed the cut off date when I asked about it but a manager said he would say in an email that he had thought he had sent it the week before the cut off date :crazy: and it went through no probs . TWO EXTRA WEEKS! ! ! ! !
