merge is what you do when the different arrivals from the sequencing machines turn up and the future is in the other 30 pages that the poster has not put up which has been borrowed from royal mails projects for this year

ask your divisional rep or area rep as most have a copy hence most when you see the full document will be joining london and the surrounding divisions asking for ballot papers

the managers are currently saying that the walk sequencial machines will not effect our delivery times , but the truth is that when 40% of you mail arrives in the mail centres after 4 in the morning the machines do not have the capability to run all the surrounding offices mail through 3 times in the time span available , which is why the business are trying to change the last letter delivery time for town and rural deliveries

So we could all end up delivering the mail when we collect it in the not to distant future!.
